Graphene is a kind of sp² hybrid orbit formed hexagonal two-dimensional carbon nanomaterial with honeycomb lattice, which is mainly divided into single layer graphene, double layer graphene, low layer graphene and multilayer graphene.

Graphene has excellent optical, electrical and mechanical properties. Graphene is chemically similar to graphite. Graphene can adsorb and desorption various atoms and molecules. When these atoms or molecules act as donors or acceptors, the concentration of the graphene carrier can be changed, while the graphene itself can maintain good electrical conductivity. Although graphene has only existed for a little over a decade since it was synthesized and identified, it has become a popular research topic among scholars. With the continuous development of graphene preparation methods, graphene will be more widely used in various fields in the near future.
